Tools & Blender plugins I find very useful to speed up 3D asset creation workflow.

Send To Unreal(Blender Add-on)

This tool makes a link between Blender & UE4, create 3D Mesh in Blender and directly send it to the UE4, one can edit the mesh in Blender and it auto updates on UE4. The add-on can be grabbed from the link below. So, now no need to export as .fbx & import in game-engine.

Instant Meshes

This tool does auto retopology, just load the mesh into this tool, set the desired polycount & hit solve. High poly to Low poly mesh near instantly. As high poly mesh are not desirable for game engine

TexTools(Blender Add-on)

Before you can texture paint your model in substance painter or Armor-Paint, one must assign colour-ids, to distinguish different parts of the mesh, where different materials is to be assigned. This tools allows to quickly assign colour-id in Blender, just select the faces and assign on UV map tab.
